Editing practice and disclosure
[edit]I am a consultant working with organisations on IT architecture, systems thinking, and organisational design in Norway, with active involvement in the international Sociotechnical Systems (STS) and Open Systems Theory (OST) community. My Wikipedia editing currently focuses on articles related to the Australian OST and Norwegian STS tradition. All this is community work, and I am not compensated by anyone for doing it.
Conflict of interest. I work with practitioners and scholars in the OST community. I use the Articles for Creation process to ensure independent review, limit my edits on OST-related articles to factual additions and sourcing, and propose substantive changes on the relevant article talk pages. For Draft:Open systems theory (Emery), the draft was reviewed and substantively revised over four rounds by Merrelyn Emery, the co-developer of the framework and the primary living authority on it. I take responsibility for the accuracy of the content and can defend claims against sources.
