Tiffany (DiBernardo) O'Donnell is the Mayor of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the Chief Executive Officer of Women Lead Change.
She was elected by a record 68% in a run-off election in November 2021, unseating the incumbent mayor. She ran on a platform including infrastructure improvements, commitment to public safety, economic development and enhanced quality of life.
As CEO of Women Lead Change, Ms. O'Donnell has led the expansion of the organization including a global reach for its hallmark women's leadership development programs. The scope of work now includes a public/private initiative, the EPIC Corporate Challenge, research partnership with the University of Illinois - Chicago, as well as expansion of workforce development programs for women and men.
Ms. O'Donnell is an Emmy Award winning television news anchor and reporter, working at television stations including WHO-TV and KGAN. In 1989, she represented the state of Iowa as Miss Iowa in the Miss America Pageant.
She is the mother of two daughters and has been married to her husband Michael for 31 years. She enjoys cooking and her family was recently featured on Episode 13 of Season One of Family Dinner with Andrew Zimmern. In her spare time, she also enjoys taking to the skies as a private pilot.
