Howell Township, New Jersey is a large suburban township within Monmouth County. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township had a total area of 61.21 square miles (158.54 km2), including 60.27 square miles (156.10 km2) of land and 0.94 square miles (2.44 km2) of water (1.54%). [1][2] There are various neighborhoods and subsections throughout the township.
