Tatnall Square Academy has been around in Macon, GA for over 50 years. This private school institution provides students with knowledge so that they can be prepared for the real world. It received recognition six times by the local telegraph for having a well-rounded staff and the most successful summer camp. Tatnall Square has a graduation rate and college acceptance rate of 100%. After graduation students matriculate at some of the most "prestigious colleges". The students are afforded the opportunity to get a jump start into college courses. The Academy offers 18 dual enrollment credit hours through local colleges in Macon, Georgia.

Copyedit an article

Tattnall Square Academy article employs some important information; however, the article lacks major detailing about this school system. The history section gives minor detailing in regards to the educational systems facility. This Wikipedia article provides updates only up until to 2018.

Important information that this article lack includes that 90% of students qualify for Hope, over 2 million dollars in scholarships are awarded and the 10,000 hours of community service students partake in to give back to their community. It also does not mention that Tattnall's math team placed first in the Georgia State competition. Based on the school's web page, Tattnall is the only school in Macon to qualify for this competition.

Contrarily, the website does share the graduation and college acceptance rate of 100%. They also state that, after graduation students matriculate to some of the most "prestigious colleges" in the country such as; Duke, Vanderbilt, and schools like Baylor. The students are afforded the opportunity to get a jump start into college courses. The Academy offers 18 dual enrollment credit hours through local colleges in Macon, Georgia. The article lists the exact colleges that accept the dual enrollment credit hours.

Despite aforementioned educational information listed, the academic section is still inadequate due to the articles outdated nature. I wouldn't consider this article neutral, because it only views this school system through a positive lens. The article only applauds the school system for it's achievements; however, the publisher does not include the hardships faced. For Instance, the only information mentioned happens to be the wins that the Boys baseball team upholds. It say nothing about other sports; Such as, Football, cheerleading, basketball, swimming, tennis, or even track and field and their losses against other teams.

Additionally, another missing component is the amazing staff that guides the students in their paths to success.Something historical about the staff is that the Head baseball and Softball coaches has been working there since 1999. Their hard work was dedicated towards the 407 wins added to the school's record.

The Wikipedia article on this academy demonstrates that there is room for growth and updates. An active entry for this school should be monthly.

To improve this article, I will use more reliable sources that have valid information. Such as, information from the "about us" section on the Centreplex's web page to improve the content.

Macon Centreplex does not indicate the recent update to the facility back in 2015. Also, Contact information is missing the web page also. The web page lists over 20 famous people including Elvis Presely that has performed here. Some important people that are not listed are: The Jacksons, Billy Joel, Reba McEntire, and Little Richard. There is also a "In Fiction" tab that lacks information, it is not relevant.

Sidney Lanier College is a representation of a neutral article; however, it does lack a handful of important information. Not only that, but it is missing supporting evidence and reliable sources. Information in regards to chronology is not evident in the text. His educational experiences are not included. Scholarly sources on Galileo indicate all of the missing components. The article shares a lot about the founder but does not share a lot of information on the facility itself.

Taliaferro County Courthouse is a historical government facility and Clock tower located in the city of Crawfordville, GA, ninety miles east of Atlanta and around fifty miles west of Augusta. Taliaferro County Courthouse is in the heart of Crawfordville, Ga surrounded by the Health Department, Senior Citizens building, recently opened restaurant: Mama ChuChus and Georgia Farm Bureau.

Other Contributing articles-- Parish on Cherry Today,I started working a new server job downtown Macon, Ga. I saw that there was not a Wikipedia on the diner, possibly because it's only been there for 3 years. In addition to editing Taliaferro County Courthouse, I would like to begin a original article on Parish. It was established on June 8, 2015 by friends: Chrissy Eisney and Vincent Kelly. Parish on Cherry sets the live music platform Downtown Macon, Ga before any other restaurant. Both friends worked together in Florida at their local Chili's before their ideas began to arise. The idea came from t The local baseball team in Macon is named after a menu item from Parish referred to as "Macon Bacon". Another interesting fact is that on February 18th, 1928 a plane crashed right in front of the exact building that parish stands in today. A plane propeller still exists buried underneath the ground.

History Courthouse The Crawfordville, town plan, which was drawn by Henry Stewart and Hermon Mercer, was laid out in 1826 when the area was designated the county seat. The plan featured the central courthouse square within a surrounding grid of streets. The streets along each side of the courthouse intersect at the corners of the square. The first Taliaferro County Courthouse was constructed in 1828.The second Taliaferro County Courthouse is a historic courthouse building located in Crawfordville, Georgia. Designed by Lewis F. Goodrich in the High Victorian style, it was built in 1901-1902 on the site of the first Taliaferro County Courthouse (1828) which had been demolished to make way for this new one.

Annex In January 2011, The Taliaferro County Board of Commissioners opened the new Courthouse annex. The Courthouse Annex replaces the current courtroom in the courthouse which spread over the second floor. The courts were located in the Courthouse for a long time, but were no longer adequate and did not meet current standards and codes required. The new facility is approximately 3200 square feet and it has a courtroom, jury room, two council rooms, judge chambers, four restrooms and a holding cell with secured doors and hallways.

Architecture of Courthouse The Taliaferro County Courthouse is located on the town square at the western edge of downtown. The High Victorian –style building was constructed in 1901 and designed by Lewis F. Goodrich and Contracted by JH McKenzie & Sons. The 3 story red brick building features corner towers with pyramidal and ogee shaped roofs. One of the towers is a four story clock tower with an octagonal shaped domed cupola. Decorative elements of the building include a variety of window shapes and sizes, round, segmental and flat arches, and granite trim. Each of the four sides of the building features a central one story entry porch. A small guardhouse is located on the southeast corner of the square. A confederate monument is located on the south lawn of the courthouse. The monument was place on April 26, 1898.

On September 18, 1980, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.[1]

Clock Tower One of the towers is a four story clock tower with an octagonal shaped domed cupola. The clock would ring every hour on the hour for many years until it finally quit working. In 2009, local Historical site began raising funds to repair the Courthouse clock. The organization raised enough funds and the clock was repaired in 2011. You are able to hear it ringing every hour once again.

Today[edit] Today’s Taliaferro County Courthouse continues to operate in its traditional capacity. The Taliaferro County Courthouse houses a variety of offices inside of it. Offices housed include: Taliaferro County Board of Commissioners, Taliaferro County Board of Registrars, Taliaferro County Tax Assessors, Taliaferro County Tax Commissioner, Taliaferro County Clerk of Superior Court that involves Superior Court, Juvenile Court, Recording of deeds, Plats, Liens, Civil and Criminal Filings, Passport Applications.
