The Unlucky 31

'The Unlucky 31' is a tattoo shop owned and operated by Parker D. Stewart. The shop was founded on February 7, 2016 and is awaiting a grand opening, which may not be possible for at least 4 years. The shop will consist of many locations (predominantly selected) and will all be referred back to the upcoming headquarters in San Diego, California.

Founding

The reason that this shop is notable, is because of the unique style of opening and founding of the shop. In January of 2016, Parker David Stewart
