The cramique (or kramiek in Flemish) is a belgium brioche bread stuffed with dried grapes. Originally, we find this recipe in the three regions of Belgium : Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels Capital. We also find it in the North of France and Luxembourg. It is generally eaten during the breakfast or as a snack, mostly sliced, with butter, jam or cocoa. It is also toasted to go with foie gras. It owes its success to the combination of its dough's softness and the dried grapes wich it is filled with.
