Tony Fogas

Tony Fogas is an Australian Actor, martial artist and Mixed Martial Artist.

Early life

Tony is the eldest of 4 siblings. He is the son of father was a former Australian and commonwealth boxing champion Attila Fogas and Marija Fogas. Growing up in the surrounding northern suburbs of Melbourne, he was bullied early on and got into a lot of fights until he began learning boxing for self defence. While playing soccer at the highest level for his state, he would regularly invite friends over for intense sparring session. While attending St Monica's college, he admits to not being the best of students as he was disinterested in what was being taught. However, he found a love of history and Drama, both which he pursued after high school.

Martial Arts career

Tony began training under his father but at the age of 18, he lost his love of boxing and decided to pursue mixed martial arts. He would travel 1-2 hours a day to train under Master Denis Kelly and Phillip Lai where he learned to wrestle, Brazilian JiuJustu and Muay Thai. There he would train for hours, sleeping between sessions at his gym and in his car.
