Amy Pirkle is an American Book artist and letterpress printer living and working in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Pirkle is a specializes in handmade books, most of which are in limited editions or are one-of-a-kinds. Themes of memory, relationships, and time come up in her books.

Pirkle received her Master in Books Arts from the University of Alabama. Pirkle founded the Perkolator Press in 2005, and collaborated with Bill Hall to create the Combo Press in 2010. Through these two ventures she creates or contributes to a variety of artist's books, prints, and broadsides.

Amy's solo exhibition Imprints was on display in the Eichold Gallery at Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama during February 2013. The work then traveled to Mercer University (Macon, Georgia) for a solo exhibit in the Hardman Art Gallery in March 2013.
