The Uses of Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence is a rapidly growing technology that can perform tasks that once only human intelligence could perform. This technology is presented in a wide variety of products and is becoming more common to possess. But what exactly are some uses for artificial intelligence? Hopefully this post will give insight on this.
One use of artificial intelligence is seen in the field of healthcare. AI software is providing individuals with medicine recommendations, and X-ray readings that cater to each unique person. Additionally, AI technology is being used to assist people who need extended care in their homes. These technologies can help remind patients to take their medication, and encourage other healthy behavior. Another use of AI is in the retail industry. Algorithms created by AI can help individuals who online shop, by giving personal recommendations based on their previous searches/ purchases. Automated helpers can answer common questions that individuals may have as they shop as well. Furthermore, AI improves management of stocks, or website layouts to improve a business. AI also has helped the manufacturing industry significantly. This technology can assess and analyze loT data that factories produce. With its quick processing of real-time data, it can tell a manufacturer what it expects to be in demand, and recommends what and how much material needs to be available to create the product. The last use of AI I will touch on is within the banking system. Artificial intelligence has brought financial institutions enhanced speed, and accuracy within their system. AI technology is used to recognize any activity that may be fraudulent, before a transaction is even done processing. It has also given financial institutions accelerated, and more precise credit scoring. Lastly, it has also been able to automate data management tasks that may be very time consuming for an individual to do.
