The term Digital Insurance has become a widely used identifier to describe the evolution of insurance from being a largely paper based society, to that of a digital based society. Although a shrinking number of insurance carriers and insurance retailers still use paper, the USPS says that use of their services for policy delivery has fallen 78% in only the past five years.
