Ahsan Ullah (born July 1980) is a British Politician, Businessmen and Philanthropist. He is a member of the Workers Party of Britain and holds the office the General Secretary of its London branch. He is the founder and CEO of the Ullcom Group of Companies, which holds interests in the Hotels, Care homes and Real estate.
Early life and education Ullah was born in Forest Gate, London to Pakistani Sunni Muslim parents from the city of Lahore, Pakistan. The youngest of six siblings, he holds an LLB Honours degree along with a Post Graduate diploma in Legal Practice.
Career
2001 - 2009: Early beginnings
After a brief stint at the Home office followed by an apprenticeship at Harrods, Ullah joined his father in exporting redundant plant and machinery to the United Arab Emirates and South Asia; this arrangement came to an abrupt end citing his fathers death.
2010 - 2023
Ullah re-established his career in the Legal industry and gradually directed his focus on the Care industry and Hospitality. Ullah moved to regroup and unify his business interests under his brand, Ullcom.
2024
Ullah joined the Workers Party of Britain and ran for the Parliamentary seat of West Croydon during the General Election 2024. Following his campaign and his noted efforts to promote his the campaigns of several of his colleagues, he was invited to lead the London branch of the party accepting the office of Deputy General Secretary.
Personal life
Ullah is married. He and his wife have two sons. Ullah and his wife reside at their West London home.
