Don'ts

Do not ask for DIFFS.
Do not revert legitimate queries even if they would have normally been reverted anywhere else (such as per WP:BANREVERT).
Do not revert malformed posts. Some editors will only publish their signature, some only the section headers and others only a few words of body text which may or may not be legible. Do not revert those. Build them their own section, format it, and leave a comment inviting them to ask their question.
Do not close discussions, mark them as resolved or leave a comment suggesting the discussion is over.
