Herewith I want to appeal against the AA/AA2 restrictions laid on me by User:Rlevse after I was accused by User:Grandmaster for edit-warring and deleting sourced text.
The point was this: in the article Artsakh, I had mentioned about the ancient royal house of Aranshahik and its mythical origins. Grandmaster and User:Parishan time and again added in the relevant section the sentence "Hayk and Sisak were not real persons" ([1][2] [3]), notwithstanding that the latter (Sisak) was not at all mentioned in the article. I removed this "sourced text" from the article, since it was an absolute error.
Furthermore, each time before I would remove that untidy sentence, I highlighted the fact that Sisak is not mentioned in the article ([4][5][6]) and some other objections against that excerpt (its irrelevance to the article's stuff), with the purpose to reach consensus on the talkpage, but the above mentioned Users neglected my recital. So I even have thought that they were not serious and warned them that in this way the were vandalizing an article.
Please also note, that the edits of Grandmaster and Parishan were rejected by an impartial user as well ([7][8][9]), the latter even added the Original Synthesis tag in the Artsakh page.
The reason of this muddle IMO was that, though initially Hayk and Sisak were mentioned in the article as "mythical ancestors of Aran" (as the historical sources state), Grandmaster deleted the word "mythical" and added in the section the above mentioned excerpt[10]. He previously even used this excerpt to tamper with the historical sources (he wrote: "However, Hayk and Sisak were just eponyms and not real persons, [11] so Aran (if he actually existed) could not be their descendant." [11]). So I was a little flustered.
According to Rlevse the reason of the above mentioned restrictions against me was "constantly bickering over whose version of an article is the "correct" one"[12]. But I think he failed to note what really happened. I think Grandmaster himself was watering-down the article by the sentence in question, thus abusing me for "moving sourced text" was not fair or maybe a mistake. Anyway, I can't believe removing an obvious error can be a reason for restrictions, especially when you bring up your argumentation on the talkpage. I feel I am treated unjustly by this restrictions. I respectfully request for lifting them.
