Zella Palmer is an American academic.
As of 2022 Palmer was endowed chair and director of the Ray Charles Program in African American Material Culture at Dillard University.[1]
In 2016 Palmer made a documentary, The Story of New Orleans Creole Cooking: The Black Hand in the Pot.[1]
