Bella Figura Lighgting

Bella Figura is a high end lighting business specializing in Murano Glass Chandeliers and lamps. It was founded in 1982 by Ned Cavendish. It was bought in 2008 by Charles Wightman, a successful businessman and developer with experience in high end interior products, most notably as Chief executive of the publicly traded fabrics and wall-coverings company Walker Greenbank.

It has served the interior design community for a variety of projects from residential to hospitality and marine. Their constant product development puts them at the forefront of lighting design in the UK.

Bella Figura specializes in decorative lighting, namely; Chandeliers, lanterns, Pendants, Wall lights, Table and Floor Lamps. They also have an exclusive range of classical bathroom lighting. All lighting is made to order; all of their glass products are either Murano or Venetian, their metal chandeliers are Florentine building on the long standing Italian design influence of the brand. Their lanterns, brassware, glazed and eglomise table lamps are all made in the UK, either in Bella Figuras Melton based factory or by nearby suppliers. This carefully controlled production allows for tightly monitored product control. It also allows for greater bespoke potential as most lights are available in a range of colours, finishes, wiring, silk electrical flex colours, bases, fixtures and fittings.

Bella Figura has two trade showrooms in London, one in the Chelsea Design Center and the other on the Kings Road in Chelsea. All of the company’s manufacturing, warehousing and administration are based at their UK factory in Melton, Suffolk. Across the globe Bella Figura has very established trade links, it has distributors in nearly every major design center in North America, and has an expanding export department to look after business in E.M.E.A and the rest of the world.
