GFI MAX Backup is an online backup service for Windows, Mac and Linux users. It allows to backup and restore valuable data, e-mails, documents, photo, music to remote data center. Users can backup data continuously, manually or can create backup schedule. The service use security settings from secure 128-bit to military grade Blowfish 448-bit encryption. GFI MAX provides backup of MS exchange, Oracle applications, Microsoft SharePoint, SQL and also works with virtual environments like VMWare and Hyper-V. This isn't too bad - I'd suggest removing the sentence, "Users can backup data..." as it reads rather like a press release. You need to place inline citations to support statements like, "military grade... encryption", and you;d need to use a source that specifically states GFI MAX Backup uses such encryption.
History
editGFI MAX Backup started as a HoundDog Technology in 2003. In 2009 it became a part of GFI Software Family, which provides web and mail security, archiving, backup and fax, networking and security software. This is a bit on the short side, and could benefit from a bit of expansion. Note also that Wikipedia uses wikimarkup rather than HTML (although most HTML syntax is fairly widely supported); I've changed the coding for the headers and lists on this page accordingly.
Products
editGFI MAX produces following additional products:
- Remote Management was introduced to prevent and fix multitude issues remotely.
- Managed Antivirus was introduced as a virus protection service to protect computer’s from spy and viruses attack.
- Mail Protection was developed as an antivirus and spam protection service.
- Mail Archieve was presented as a mail archiving service which goes together with Mail Protection

This bit you really don't need - lists of products and especially features positively reek of advertising copy. If some of the products listed above are independently notable - that is, they've received enough coverage in independent sources to warrant their own article on Wikipedia - then they could be included, but I very much doubt that they do.
