To all my activist friends and allies;
There may come a time when the Internet as we know it will be controlled to the extent that meaningful exchange of ideas and criticism of ruling powers will be censored. Disruptions and shutdowns are also possible with the controls that the USA has in place.
What needs to be discussed and more active direction made is toward local, regional and even global MESHNET alternatives. That would be peer to peer and links and routing off the internet trunks and grid. Much like BitTor and the Deep Web have a purpose and demand, those internet-driven crypto subnets will also be disrupted.
Anyone who has ideas, connections, links, information on how we can get started or perhaps more widely familiar in educating each other and the public on applications, options and methods where they kind get involved in such efforts and what to do in the event of INTERNET DISRUPTIONS would be helpful. Any input or contact and connections would be appreciated.
We can all do our part in sharing the info, introducing new unfamiliar folks and helping develop and structure THE PEOPLE'S net that no government or controlling central authority can and will control.
