HELLO!
Bonjour!
G'Day!
¡Hola!
Vai muito bem!
Hi! I'm Vituperex and I live and work in the USA. I'm an Information Systems Architect for a "World Tier" health research entity. Areas of study (classical and neoclassical) include Web design, Computer-aided design & Computer graphics, Psychophysiology, Neuropsychology, Stress Management, Operant conditioning & Biofeedback, Psychometrics + double minors in Biology & Chemistry.
A “few” interests & quotes
editMy interests include Natural Science, astronomy, astrophysics and many other "natural sciences", science and technology, politics and current events, entertainment media and home theater electronics, music and striking up conversations with friends and strangers solely for the experience of a different point-of-view.
Some of my favorite quotes:
“Our lives are not our own. From womb to tomb, we are bound to others. Past and present. And by each crime and every kindness, we birth our future.” ~ Sonmi 451, Cloud Atlas
“There is no such thing as a problem without a gift for you in its hands. We seek problems because we need their gifts.” ~ Richard Bach, Illusions
“Life is short: forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love unconditionally, laugh uncontrollably, break the rules often and never regret anything that once put a smile on your face.” ~ Anon
“You live and learn. Or you don't live long.” ~ Robert Heinlein, Time Enough For Love
“Learning is finding out what you already know. Doing is demonstrating that you know it. Teaching is reminding others that they know just as well as you. WE ARE ALL learners and doers and teachers.” ~ Richard Bach, Illusions
“The mark of your ignorance is the depth of your belief in injustice and tragedy. What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the Master calls a butterfly.” ~ Richard Bach, Illusions
Please “NOTE”
editMy Wikipedia user name “Vituperex” is Copyrighted © 2006 - 2022. It's a neologism created from two "root words": Vituperate - “To use harshly abusive language” and Rex - The Latin name for "king". I'm not particularly prone to using harsh or abusive language (very large grin) and my family is only distantly related to royalty. When I signed on to “the Wiki” years ago, I wanted a unique user name. If you are at all curious as to how unique my username is, just Google “Vituperex”. The search typically returns a total of less than 50 hits with the first few linking to my (sometimes limited) editing activities here at Wikipedia.
A Dios!!!
