I would like to introduce myself as a newcomer in this project!

I have a long experience in teaching "Food Fermentation Science and Technology" at a range of levels from consumer to PhD..

My ambition is to create a wikipedia book on this subject, incorporating relevant wikipedia pages, generating or expanding where necessary additional pages.

I assume that the Food and drink project is the appropriate place for this activity?

I found a number of manuals and I am presently reading up before I try my first draft in the sandbox!

Hopefully someone will respond to this message; I welcome suggestions !
