I'm just a guy with strong interests in East Asian history, language, and culture. I have a BA in East Asian Languages and Cultures from the University of Kansas, and have a background in Japanese, Classical Japanese, Chinese, and Classical Chinese. I especially enjoy researching local histories in Japan, as well as authors from the late Meiji Period to the early Showa Period in Japan.
