Walter MacDonald White Bear is a traditional story teller musician, and has been learning – teaching and sharing cultural knowledge for over two decades. Walter gives inspirational workshops and valuable tools that would benefit youth workers, coordinators, foster parents, managers the teachings have a universal appeal and application and have been well received by all walks of life. The workshop is presented in an educational- entertaining style that utilizes contemporary music as well as traditional songs. The teachings are focused on the Medicine Wheel and will help the participants to gain a consciousness for other cultures with a particular focus on Aboriginal population. Featured as a keynote speaker at The Treaty Seven Education Conference, The World Indigenous Peoples Conference on Education, The Alberta Teachers Association Being the Change Conference, The Mayors Environmental Exposition, and interviewed several times on The Big Breakfast Morning Show/ CBC regarding cross cultural events.
