******* I am inactive. **********
******* Why? **********
I do not want to waste my time creating articles that are of Low Importance, see: [[1]] or here: [[2]]. And there are more.
I find it frustrating after sometimes long searches for any literature on these synagogues (the Nazis not only erased the whole population and many buildings, but often tried to erase all memory of the Jewish culture as well, and the Soviet rule did nothing to bring back this memory either), and then after finding some sources and try to write a meaningful article being told: low importance. Looking at the few articles I wrote in the English Wiki and the many in the German Wiki, each one might be of low importance, but together with the list of synagogues for the countries in Eastern Europe I think they are relevant - unless one considers the whole subject of (in many cases vanished) synagogues in Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania ... of low importance
To me it looks, as if there is a competition who tags the most newly created articles with Sources missing. Sometimes it seems as if the one who tags it does not even read the article and compares it with the stated source : [[3]]. This is just one example (which was solved, but I had to spend some time to do so.). And when I try to give the source in a clearer way neither is the tag removed nor am I informed what is still missing.
List articles: I created some lists about synagogues in Eastern European countries. The latest had been the List of synagogues in Poland. I had hardly finished, when it was tagged with the usual "missing source" tag. I gave my opion about that on the talk-page: [[4]], but got no answer. Instead, the article was moved to the draft space: Draft:List of synagogues in Poland and maybe will be deleted any time. When I looked at other lists I found numerous where not every entry had a source, but that seemed to be of no importance.
