About Me
editFirst and foremost career-wise, I'm a web developer, which isn't like a webmaster or web designer. Web developers program web sites to do stuff, like this MediaWiki thing for example, was written with PHP by other web developers. This allows for database interaction via the web and with the advent of AJAX a whole lot more cool interactivity.
I go to the gym about 3-5 times a week and run on the treadmill so that I don't get too fat, as is a side effect of my chosen profession. Sometimes if I'm feeling kind of lazy or my achilles tendons are sore I'll use the epileptical machine
I enjoy soup, talking and not talking[1], movies, TV, music and as much socializing as I can fit in. For about two years now, I've been using MythTV to keep my television viewing under my own control. It's quite awesome and I've become quite the little user support centre for setting up elaborate setups.
