Eli Sokhn (born in Qartaba, Lebanon in June 1985) is a Lebanese film producer and director.

Biography Early life He obtained a degree in Motion Graphics and Video Animation at the Université Saint-Joseph in Beirut, and graduated in 2008 with his first animated short, The Treeway or the Highway, which received recognition amongst animation professionals and broadcast experts. In 2010 he traveled to the United States [1] and furthered his education leading him to finish valedictorian with a film degree from the Los Angeles Film School.[2]

As a filmmaker

Sokhn started his career in media and television at New Look Production, a production company that specializes in a variety of TV productions. He worked with corporations such as Redbull, Asian Football Confederation, Francophone Games Federation and the FIA and collaborated with artists such as Majida El Roumi.

He worked in a number of dramas, sitcoms, documentaries, entertainment, sports, and music shows where he produced, post-produced and directed. In addition to running his own editing and graphics departments, he led numerous post-production workshops, training prospect creative post artists. He has also supervised animation and visual effects driven films, music videos, and commercials, as well as bringing back to life public figures and characters through hologram technologies.

While in Hollywood, Eli wrote, directed and produced [3] his film Green is Red[4][5] that received international recognition and was showcased at the Cannes Film Festival 2012 [6][7][8] as well as receiving an invitation from the Jackson Family Foundation to attend their parties at the villa Oxygen. [7]
