Sean and John Scott

edit

Sean and John Scott are identical twin tap dancers born and raised in Los Angeles, California on October 18, 1983. Since an early age, the Scott brothers have enjoyed dancing with Michael Jackson acting as a major influence in jumpstarting their career. Upon seeing Sammy Davis Jr. tap dancing on TV, Sean and John's mother, Chalon, came across the idea of enrolling the twins for tap lessons. At the age of 6, the Scott brothers started training with tap master tapper, Alfred Desio, at The Colburn School of Performing Arts [1] in Los Angeles, and have been tap dancing together professionally since 8 years old. Five years later, the twins launched their career by doing street performances on Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica for 10 years and ultimately switched gears from modern to hip hop tap dancing.
