Donald Frank Coyner II is a doctor (scientist) and outdoor enthusiast. Dr. Coyner is a licensed clinical laboratory director in hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology. He is also a certified wildlife biologist, with expertise in handling large carnivores, including black bears (Ursus americanus) and panthers (Puma concolor coryi). Dr. Coyner received his advanced degrees at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He is semi-retired and lives with his wife (Rosalie) in Silver Springs, Florida.

Dr. Coyner’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, bird watching, boating, motorcycles, skydiving, and travel. He is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captain (100,000 ton rating) and holds top security clearance from TSA (TWIC). thumb
