Random portal component with nominate

My Veriation of the Randon portal component that adds two footers so you can have a more... link and a Suggest link without have to remoe the random portal footer and make the footers on all the content pages..

Just past this template into your portal page:

{{Random portal component with nominate|max=10|header=''Featured Blah''|footer=More featured blah...|subpage=featured blah}}

The template automataclly creates a second footer call "Suggest", suggest links to Portal:yourportal/Nominate/Subpage name the subpage name is the subpage name that you entered into the ramdom portal string.
