Sardar Noor Khan Abbasi (13 June 1899 – 14 February 1958) was a Pakistani independence activist and politician from the Punjab.[1] He was instrumental in welcoming Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah during his visit to Dewal. Additionally, Sardar Noor Khan Abbasi was the founder of the Pakistan Muslim League in Potohar in 1906 and served as the President of the Rawalpindi Division until 1958. As an undisputed leader of the Abbasid nation, Sardar Noor Khan Abbasi was among the close associates of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Liaquat Ali Khan, and Sardar Abdur Rab Nishtar.
His contributions were acknowledged on 14 August 1947 during the parade at Agency Ground Murree.Cite error: A <ref>

(see the help page). Sardar Noor Khan Abbasi continued to serve his community a s the sarpanch of 84 areas, and his legacy endures as one of the great personalities of Murree.
