Hello!

I'm new to Wikipedia. I work for the Overseas Development Institute, a charity in London. My job there is to disseminate the research that staff produce as far and as wide as I can. I recognise wikipedia is the 6th most visited site on the web and want to share the research we produce with visitors.

I try my best to edit the work so I'm not accused of plagiarism, though people still seem to take it down :(.

I also get accused of 'intentional promotional aims'. - I promise my only aim is to make sure everyone has access to the research we do much of which is taxpayer funded. We don't make any profit, we're a charity!

If anyone has advice for me about best practice to acheive theis research dissemination without breaking wikipedia rules, do get in touch!
