Palaver is an IRC client developed for the iOS platform. It is universal, which includes that it runs on both iPhone and iPad. It offers full IRCv3 support, SASL (secure identification)[1][failed verification], TLS/SSL and integrates ZNC. Preferences can be synchronised [2][self-published source?]
Server-time
editPalaver supports the new server-time[3][failed verification] specification (server-time is integrated in ZNC 1.0 alpha 1). This means that rather than having the nick displayed as "***" when viewing the scrollback, Palaver displays the actual nicknames of users.
So rather than something like:
<***> [15:27:06] <nick> message.
scrollbacks appear simply as:
<nick> message.
This also applies to PRIVMSGs, JOINs, PARTs etc.[4][self-published source?]
