Kruševica is the strongest right tributary of Vrbanja river. It is formed by the merger of two streams: Vilenski and Grebenski. It drains northeastern slopes of the Očauš mountain, with the exposure for the Borje (altitude about 950m).[1][2]

Significant right tributaries are: Diklanski and Veliki Breski potok (streams), Mali Mrđin stream, Uzlomac, Slatki potok (Sweet creek) and Rasovo, and left: Stevanovina, Veliki Jankovac Đukin do, Lauška river and Vaganjski stream.

On Kruševica's confluence until the 60s of the Twentieth century there were as many as 40 mills.[3]

On the southern mountain range: Rogljuša – Trnjić’s fields – Plane is watershed Kruševica and Maljevska river (also tributaries of Vrbanja), and on the northwestern chain: Omac – Jezero (Lake) – Gajevi is its watershed with Mala Usora (basin of Bosnia.

Krusevica flows through Maslovare, and in the Vrbanja river system flows into Obodnik , the branching of local roads to Šiprage of highway M-4 (Banja LukaDoboj).
