Haarten Hoogerland is a Netherlands-born physicist currently based in New Zealand. He is an associate professor in the Department of Physics at the University of Auckland and a principal investigator in the Dodd-Walls Centre. His research focuses on atomic, molecular, and optical physics with specialisation on dilute gas Bose-Einstein condensates, Anderson localization and the delta-kicked rotor.
