I'm a 61 year old guy whose thing is trying to convince others it's not that hard to establish a day-to-day workout routine. Thanks to my parents I was forced to get a decent high-school education and the momentum carried me a ways into college. Then inertia set in and I ended up drafted into the army. Turned out fortunate for me. I've read a book or two since then and actually ended up with a decent career as a computer programmer - well, decent for a semi-slacker - which I define as a slacker with underachiever tastes.
Anyway, that's my background from long ago. It lead up to what I'm doing now, which is trying to convince others that if my approach, which I call "Energy Focused Exercise" worked for a semi-slacker like myself it can work for anyone.
So, that's my credibility other than my site. http://www.QuestForEndorphins.com
Everything is free - I hope to make it into the fitness or health industry, but right now I'm just casting my bread on the waters. Hopefully I can do some good now and end up doing well in the long run. But, I'm not getting any younger.
Energy Focused Exercise - Everything else is drudgery until you quit or die.
