Mthandeni Manqele professionally known as iGcokama elisha is a South African Maskandi singer and a songwriter. He is a hit maker of the Paris song which sold millions[1] of records around the world featuring Lwah Ndlunkulu

Mthandeni Manqele was born Mtubatuba, kwazulu natal South Africa on the 24 April 1988 into a family of musicians. His father, a traditional maskandi music enthusiast, saw the talent in him and introduced him to the genre at a young age. Mthandeni’s early interests lay in traditional Zulu music and dance, which heavily influenced his later work. He began performing at local events and gatherings, honing his skills and developing his unique style.
