Counter Point (2024)
editCounter Point is a 2024 up coming science fiction drama short film written and directed by Zeerak Khan. It stars Zeerak Khan, Yusuf Ali Sheikh, Akbar Khan and Asra Jamshed as the voice of "counter point". The film follows Steven (played by Zeerak Khan) wrestling with his guilt of advancing Artificial intelligence to the point human jobs are being taken away and a deadly prophecy is accelerated. This is Zeerak Khan's first short film as a director.
After two years of trying to develop a narrative that was out of the box for him, Khan came up with the concept of using A.I, as it is in the real world, as a threat in the coming years. He was fed up with how A.I is being used in animations, voice work and various art forms as "art is what the soul speaks".
Premise
