FOREIGN SOIL FREEDOM ACT
Hereafter, all individuals, regardless of nationality or circumstances, held captive by any branch of the United States government or any funded entity or quasi-affiliated body, on any global territories or non-associative waters, shall reside under US judicial jurisdiction and be granted ALL the rights afforded similar United States citizens via constitutional standards pre-USA PATRIOT ACT. This statute shall not be pre-empted by presidential executive orders, acts of war, martial law or any natural or unnatural disaster and shall remain in effect for the duration of the union.
