Edlio is an American ed-tech company that provides various services catered towards K-12 schools. Its services mainly include creating websites and managing digital marketing. Edlio was founded in 2001 by Ali Arsa, and is currently based in Los Angeles, California. It's services are mainly provided in North America.[1] Edlio is a privately-held company, who's only current investor is LLR Partners.[2] Edlio acquired other smaller ed-tech companies, such as Sangha in 2017, and Schoolinfo in 2022.[3]
