Edlio was founded in 2001 by Ali Arsa, and is currently based in Los Angeles, California. It's services are mainly provided in North America.[1] Edlio is a privately-held company, who's only current investor is LLR Partners.[2] Edlio acquired other smaller ed-tech companies, such as Sangha in 2017, and Schoolinfo in 2022.[3]
