You are welcome, but there's still plenty left to do in that article. I only touched the surface. Cheers,—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); April 26, 2010; 15:44 (UTC)
Of course I believe you :) I'll go through this article more thoroughly some time this week. By the way, если вам удобнее, со мной можно по-русски.—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); April 26, 2010; 17:29 (UTC)

The Record of SInging

edit

Hi there. Thanks for creating such a nice article on Pyotr Slovtsov. We certainly can use more articles on Russian singers. However, Slovtsov does not belong at The Record of Singing article. "The Record of Singing" is a specific list that was compiled and published by EMI. The wikipedia article is a faithful recreation of that list. Since Slovtsov was not included in the published "Record of Singing" he should not be added to the list. All the best.4meter4 (talk) 12:17, 4 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Labinsky -- a question

edit

Thanks for your work on the Andrey Labinsky article. I couldn't find any references or explanation for this: "soloist Sinoidalnogo of the Znamensky cathedral chorus". Would you be willing to explain "Sinoidalnogo"? Jo3sampl (talk) 00:18, 19 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

I translated this word uncorrectly, excusme me. It means "Synodal". I wrote this little article, because my grandfather and grandmother had been ajware of him. He was popular opera singer.

edit
