Actually - I have been writing long in the Hebrew Wikipedia, and even contributed some English material under the name "Amir Rahat" before all names were unified to the Hebrew version of my name. You're welcome! :) Just like you, I joined Wikipedia more than two years ago but still looks like a newbie here, partly because I'm much more active on the Chinese version (though I do write something in English and translate articles between the two Wikipedias). On that file talk page you wrote I agree to delete this picture, as the original owner posted it in public before sending it to me for uploading here. I will request a different picture. You cannot upload somebody else's image and claim to be the copyright holder. The copyright holder will need to follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for any new image. Note that the copyright holder is normally the photographer, and not the subject of the photo. As well, given that you are posting on behalf of somebody else, you should be aware of Wikipedia:Conflict of interest, and if you are being paid, then Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure applies. -- Whpq (talk) 14:54, 12 January 2024 (UTC)

I was assigned the copyright by the photographer, but they failed to mention this picture has been used before on-line. I am not being paid for this. This picture can be deleted and I will find a new one which has never beem published and acquire the copyright. עמיר רהט (talk) 17:17, 12 January 2024 (UTC)
