Request reason:

Please, unblock my IP. The IP you did block was not mine. Is there any report against me? আ হ ম সাকিব (talk) 01:07, 9 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Please follow the instructions you see when you try to edit, and tell us the exact message you get including the IP address. If you wish to keep your IP address confidential, please make your request via WP:UTRS. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 11:23, 9 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

@Boing! said Zebedee: Showing the template me to do not remove this template when it 's in review. Have it any benifite? because of, they didn 't blocked me. they blocked an I.P which run on Free Basics with an operamini (jar). আ হ ম সাকিব (talk) 14:04, 9 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
I'm sorry, but I can not understand what you are saying there. Please post a copy of the exact message you get when you try to edit, rather than trying to explain it in your own words. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 14:08, 9 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
  • Firstly, we can't do anything about a block on an IP address unless you tell us what IP address it is, as we have no way of telling what IP address you are using. Secondly, Free Basics is a type of open proxy service, which enables you to connect to Wikipedia via an IP address provided by the Free Basics system, rather than the local IP address that you are editing from. Very probably you are using Free Basics purely as a way to get a cheap and efficient internet connection, but unfortunately many people use such proxy services to hide their IP address, for dishonest and disruptive purposes, so we do not normally unblock them. If you really can't (not just prefer no to) edit Wikipedia except by using Free Basics then you can explain the reason why you can', and you may be considered for IP block exemption. However, that is not usually given unless there are really compelling reasons. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 20:28, 9 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

@JamesBWatson: My I.P. is user:2A03:2880:0:0:0:0:0:0/34 and i 'm use freebasics. because of, there is not wifi in my area and alltime i haven 't internet package. And this I.P. is maybe blocked globally, and i 'm using a simple java set, there is not possible to using vpn.
Is there no anyway to unblock only my username globally? , And in Bengali Wikipedia i can edit with this I.P. আ হ ম সাকিব (talk) 15:12, 10 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

I mean, Is there not any way to unblock my username only? I 've no need to unblock this I.P. আ হ ম সাকিব (talk) 17:46, 10 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
