I am not and have never been the user described as a persistent animation page vandal. Children's animation is outside my interests, as is ruining Wikipedia through vandalism. Please reverse this block; I have been caught up in an IP range block and need recourse. Thank you.

Decline reason:

We cannot tell whose fingers are on the keyboard; as you say, there has been vandalism from within this range. The block was imposed in December and expires in a little over three weeks.
