Request reason:
I am not and have never been the user described as a persistent animation page vandal. Children's animation is outside my interests, as is ruining Wikipedia through vandalism. Please reverse this block; I have been caught up in an IP range block and need recourse. Thank you.
Decline reason:
We cannot tell whose fingers are on the keyboard; as you say, there has been vandalism from within this range. The block was imposed in December and expires in a little over three weeks. To avoid this difficulty in the future create an account.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 11:17, 23 May 2017 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users.
