Deletion of External Link on page for Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge
editHello. I deleted an external link that you added to the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge article. This link does not seem to meet Wikipedia guidelines for External Links. If you read links normally to be avoided, you will see that the external link section of an article should not link to sites that "primarily exist to sell products or services".
Since there was an article about the Peri formwork in an issue of Bridge Design & Engineering, I have added some relevant info from that magazine article into the Ravenel Bridge article. Now there is a wikilink to the Peri wikipedia page instead of an external link which doesn't meet guidelines. More internal links to the Peri page will also help Peri to meet (or continue to meet)Notability standards.
Read what I wrote about the self-climbing form system used on the Ravenel and see if you want to add to it. - SCgatorFan (talk) 21:32, 26 July 2008 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Peri logo.png
editThanks for uploading File:Peri logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 16:32, 7 June 2022 (UTC)
