@QwertyForest: Edits have been constant vandalism and personal attacks to my page. Reported user to Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#Harassment from unregistered user and Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring due to his multiple reverts to my talk page. In response to your message, let me say, usually after the subject of an article dies, the lead image on the infobox is usually replaced with an image that depicts the subject in their prime, its in black/white or depicts them in the 'peak of their career. See Alain Delon, Bob Barker, Louis Gossett Jr., John Mayall, Roger Corman, Bob Newhart, Don Murray (actor), Richard Simmons, Silvio Santos, etc. as recent examples. Heck, look at old examples like Betty White, Mary Tyler Moore, Richard Roundtree, Angela Lansbury, Alan Arkin, Barbara Walters, Harry Belafonte, Tony Bennett, Tom Smothers, David McCallum, Jim Brown, Bill Russell, Hal Holbrook, Norman Lloyd, etc. There's this precedent in doing this after the subject dies. There are exceptions such as with some political figures and individuals. TDKR Chicago 101 (talk) 07:43, 18 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 2 weeks to prevent further harassment and edit warring.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  ~ ToBeFree (talk) 07:44, 18 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
