Hello. Please stop trying to add a translation of the name of the MP 40 to the article. Both because your translation is plain wrong, Maschinenpistole means machine pistol, not machine gun (machine gun in German is Maschinengewehr...), and because this is the English language Wikipedia where we use names in English for the subjects of the articles. Thank you. Thomas.W talk 10:54, 20 June 2014 (UTC)
- You can add your edit to StG 44 to that message, we do not add translations to the name in the infobox. Thank you. Thomas.W talk 11:00, 20 June 2014 (UTC)
- Please stop adding your unconstructive "translations", such as this most recent one, to the lede or infobox of articles about various weapons; they're neither needed nor wanted, especially since they clearly show that you have a poor grasp of the English language. I don't want to give you a formal warning for unconstructive editing, but if you don't stop I will. Thomas.W talk 14:09, 21 June 2014 (UTC)

editPlease refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Karabiner 98k. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Thomas.W talk 14:13, 21 June 2014 (UTC)
