- Per WP:DATEOVER, national ties to a topic are meant ONLY for English-speaking countries (point 2), while the dates format should NOT be randomly changed after the article was already created using one format and was like that for many years (point 3); and no, you didnt fixed the dates in references, all dates were still DMY, now if you change it once again you'll get blocked for unnecessary disrupting and trying to "fix" something that doesnt need fixing.
