Request reason:
I'd like to be unblocked, because the main reason for me being blocked was that I edit with an IP and that the blocking admin is a dick for blocking me. Thank you. 136.158.58.17 (talk) 14:34, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Unblock requests containing personal attacks not processed. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 15:02, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
You using an IP played no role whatsoever in my decision. Full stop. As the notice states, you were blocked for edit warring. 331dot (talk) 14:53, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
- Bullshit. 48 hour block for four edits? That's bullshit. Most people using an account would have been warned b136.158.58.17 (talk) 15:24, 2 May 2021 (UTC)y the admin the first time or given 24 hours max. That was a dick move from you. 136.158.58.17 (talk) 14:56, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
- Given your attitude I was tempted to make it longer. A 24 hour block is often too short as a user might go away for more than 24 hours before returning and not notice that they were blocked. This has nothing, 150% nothing to do with you using an IP and I resent you telling me what was in my head at the time. I would have done this for any user, even Jimmy Wales. 331dot (talk) 15:00, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
- I am curious as to how you know so much about blocks. 331dot (talk) 15:01, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
- You received two warnings which you removed. There is no requirement for a certain number of warnings. 331dot (talk) 15:03, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
- You seem to think that blocks are designed as a punishment. Surely as an admin, you know that's not the case. I'm using an IP, protecting the article for autoconfirmed users only would have solved the problem. Little Hitler syndrome in full effect. 136.158.58.17 (talk) 15:04, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
- I don't see why every IP user should be blocked when just you were edit warring. I'll leave this for someone else to decline, and possibly revoke TPA due to personal attacks. 331dot (talk) 15:06, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
- If you're curious how I know so much about blocks, why not just ask me directly? 136.158.58.17 (talk) 15:24, 2 May 2021 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
