Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Nissan Micra may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • Pleiten, Pfusch und Pannen|journal=ADAC Motorwelt|volume=|pages=pages 38–48|month=May | year=1996}}).</ref> (The class loser was the [[Fiat Uno]] with 20.7 breakdowns per 1,000 for four-year-old cars

Hello, I'm Jamesx12345. I wanted to let you know that I removed an external link you added to the page OS-tan because it seemed inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thanks. Jamesx12345 (talk) 23:09, 16 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to OS-tan with this edit. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links may include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Jamesx12345 (talk) 23:17, 16 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Twitter

edit

I am confused as to why what seems like a private twitter account has any place here? Regards. Jamesx12345 (talk) 23:18, 16 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

It is NOT private. It is posted in Windows Navi+'s site[1]. In any case, those characters are not real people. 142.150.48.219 (talk) 23:23, 16 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm John Cline. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made with this edit to Chevrolet Corvette (C7), because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. —John Cline (talk) 06:51, 3 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Range Rover Evoque. While objective prose about beliefs, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Caution for repeated addition of purely promotional material. Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia, not a sales leaflet. Thomas.W talk 12:29, 28 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add soapboxing, promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, as you did at Range Rover Evoque, you may be blocked from editing. When looking through your recent contributions I noticed that you are doing the exact same, that is adding promotional totally unencyclopaedic material, to multiple articles. So please stop what you're doing. Thomas.W talk 13:08, 28 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

I'm afraid your edits and reverts of Range Rover Evoque, as well as your posts on Thomas.W's talkpage, show a misunderstanding of Wikipedia:PROMOTION. Your additions to Range Rover Evoque are definitely not exempt from the rule against advertising, because they're not "objective reports of advocacy, propaganda, or recruitment." They don't, as the promotion policy mandates, "report objectively" about advertising, or make "an attempt to describe the topic from a neutral point of view". There's nothing like that, the additions are merely promotional. They read like they're taken from marketing material, but that wouldn't turn them into "reports", it would merely add copyright violations to the other problems. Wikipedia is not for advertising, and your additions are inappropriate. Please don't add that or similar material to that or any article again, or you will be blocked from editing.
