Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Dick Powell's Zane Grey Theatre, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. It is utterly nonsense, though, and it just means an article is an ugly copyright notice when it doesn't need to be. What is supposed to be copyrighted?! - A.

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Dick Powell's Zane Grey Theatre. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Megan B.... My message on the page: Sorry I am undoing your edit. READ YOUR PROFILE AND THE CHAT. The user who added a copyright notice gave no reason to why he did which ISN'T valid. It is simply vandalism to do so.

Unless there was an actual reason to why the notice was added, it should be removed. _ The Mummy

Your recent editing history at Dick Powell's Zane Grey Theatre shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Answer my question. What is supposed to be copyrighted in the article? Neither you nor the user who added the copyright notice has actually said, which is a bit suspicious, and you constantly refuse to enter into dialogue.

Yes. Sure. We'll let the admins decide now. Mako001 (C)  (T)  11:44, 3 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Sure. Whatever they decide, you and the original person who added the copyright notice should have given reason to do so. _ The Mummy
