editI have blocked this range for one year from today (AO) based on a pattern of persistent disruption and extreme POV-pushing.
A great proportion of the contributions of this IP range have been WP:TALK violations and possible WP:BLP violations. These edits invariably push fringe viewpoints on AIDS denialism, Holocaust denial, and global warming denialism among other topics.
In particular, the editing histories and block logs of these IPs are relevant to illustrate a long-term pattern of hat appears to be a single individual:
