Hello----about Joe E>Brown.

When I was in college,I spent my spare time looking at back microfilms of THE CHICAGO TRIBUNE where SMILIN' JACK was prominently featured.I have a good memory and "Flannelmouth Don" was there. Next to Will Rogers,Brown was probably the biggest aviation nut in Hollywood.

A fan of the strip published magazines of the complete strips from about 1936 to 1950(out of print now) and I have plenty of strips with the character in it.

As for BLONDIE KNOWS BEST,this simply my personal recollection from when I viewed the film,years ago.
